By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Home Guru (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to: (a) sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or commercially exploit the Service; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works; (c) remove or alter proprietary notices.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under it. You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EEA). If you believe your account is compromised, contact support@wanmeixiaingsu.cn.
At this time, Home Guru does not offer paid features or subscriptions. If paid features are introduced later, we will update these Terms and provide applicable payment terms before charging you.
The Service may rely on third-party services (e.g., Apple login, cloud infrastructure). Your use of those services is subject to their terms and privacy policies.
Content is provided “as is” for personal, non-commercial use. AI-generated outputs are for reference only and are not professional advice. You remain responsible for your own use and any shared content.
We may modify or discontinue features at any time. Continued use after updates signifies acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be notified in-app.
We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or unlawful use. You may stop using the Service at any time.
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you actually paid for the Service (currently no fees). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold us and our affiliates harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms; the “Last Updated” date will change. For material changes, we will provide notice (e.g., in-app/push/email). Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
